Most recently at Capital City Pride (CCP), Jen directly helped to increase total partners from 24 in 2019 to 91 in 2023, and increased cash and in-kind funds by 80.8% for a total raise of $1.2 million in two and a half years. She spearheaded CCP’s most successful individual giving campaign, netting almost $30,000 in three months. Authored an individual giving strategic plan that anticipates a raise of $1.2 million in 2028, the addition of four full-time employees, and a minimum 10% annual increase over the next five years.
